Historically, I have had Arabic and English-United States-International as my keyboard layouts. Yesterday, English-United States-US was added as a third one on its own and without any action on my part.
I tried to follow these instructions to try to remove English-United States-US as a keyboard option: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/win ... 20to%20add.
However, when I get to Settings | Time & language | Language & region | Options under the English keyboard, the only one that shows up is United States-International. How can I remove English-United States-US if it does not show up under Settings | Time & language | Language & region | Options?

Re: Remove a keyboard layout language
I don't think it's possible to remove this specific language.

It sounds like a glitch in the system. Have you tried restarting your computer or checking for updates? Sometimes that can fix unexpected changes like this. If it persists, you might want to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
