I created an Outlook group calendar. People in a group should be able to put group meetings / events in there. I'm FINE if these overlap (that's also why we have this calendar: we want to see which meeting / events take place every day).
Regretfully, if there is a conflict the group-calendar auto-declines the new entry after it's forwarded to the Calendar... Can I prevent this?
Outlook group calender is auto declining...

Have you checked the Automatic Accept or Decline settings of the group calendar?
It can be found in File > Options > Calendar
It can be found in File > Options > Calendar
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
Best wishes,

Perhaps someone with more experience with Exchange can help you (I'm retired so I only use Outlook for personal purposes).
Best wishes,
